URGENT APPEAL FOR SPONSORS

It will take the support of the entire community to make this show a success. We must be prepared to pay up-front salaries to our directors, a stage manager, and a lighting designer. Other up-front costs will include set construction, props, costumes, sound equipment, rental of performance and rehearsal space, and promotional expenses. All sponsorships and donations are tax deductible. Make checks payable to Friends of Cedar Mountain Battlefield (FCMB), a 501- (3)-c nonprofit organization with ”MTC on Stage” noted on the memo line.  Mail checks to FCMB, PO Box 1853, Culpeper, VA 22701.

Sponsor categories and sponsor benefits are outlined below. Sponsorship at the level of Captain or higher entitles you to tickets for the August 3, 2012, “World Premiere” of Marching Through Culpeper.  The premiere will commence with a World Premiere Reception at the Daniel Tech Center.  There,  you will enjoy wine, music, and tantalizing food along with Dr James I. Robertson, Jr. and other dignitaries and celebrities (TBA) .  Then the action moves to the beautiful new Eastern View High School auditorium for the “Marching Through Culpeper” Premiere Performance.  Premiere Reception ticket holders will receive priority parking and seating.
